How do you charge the Lithium-ion battery ?

  • To charge the batteries simply connect the charger block to the charger lead, then plug the lead into the mains and turn on, the green light on the charger should now come on. "Screw" the brass end of one of the white batteries into the round opening at the side/end of the charger block, make sure it is fully screwed in, after a few seconds the charger light will change to red, this indicates that the charger is charging the battery.

  • When the battery is fully charged, the light will turn green indicating this, it is safe to leave the battery in the charger overnight.

  • Ideally for the first charge, as these are Lithium-ion batteries, you should leave the battery in the charger for eight hours even if the charger light goes green, this will maximise the storage capacity of the battery, it is exactly the same as a mobile phone charger, after this first charge it should only take about a hour to one and a half hours.

How do you Change the Cartridge ?

  • First screw the atomiser (beige tip with a brass thread end) onto the white battery (brass end). You should now have what looks like a complete cigarette in your hand.

  • Hold the white battery with your left hand, and with your right hand PULL the beige cartridge off the atomiser DO NOT UNSCREW IT. This will expose the atomiser which is the steel piece now attached to the white battery, it looks like the old type flint lighter.

  • Select the strength of cartridge you would like to use, remove it from its wrapper, you will see that each cartridge has a small hole in one end and the other end has what looks like a thread, but it is in fact a finger grip. Hold the end with the small hole with your left hand, and with your right hand grab the finger grip and pull apart, once it is out the silicon rubber plug should be discarded safely.
  • Your cartridge now has a small hole one end and a large hole the other. Pick up your white battery with the exposed steel atomiser, and place the large hole end of the cartridge onto the atomiser and push home.

  • It should now look like a cigarette again, place the cartridge into your mouth and to get the best out of your Electronic Cigarette take a long slow smooth draw. You may need to have a couple of draws to get the full effect.

Is there anyone who should NOT use Electronic Cigarettes ?

We do not recommend you use an electronic cigarette if you are pregnant, have a heart condition or are under 18 years of age.

What is an Electronic Cigarette equivalent to ?

Each cartridge is equivalent to approx 15/20 cigarettes but this does depend on how frequently you use the electronic cigarette. You can extend the life of a cartridge and the atomiser by keeping your Electronic Cigarette in an upright position, with the filter tip at the top, this will allow the liquid nicotine in the cartridge to run down in to the atomiser ready for puffing.
